The Poulnabourne, County Clare in the Burren, Ireland. I used the dark silhouette and the
raven on top of the dolmen to depict death, the vibrant purple sky to depict life, and the
sunrise to show re-birth. This was my fifth painting of the Poulnabourne and one of my
favorites.
